Did some "orbital practice" on my cars bonnet, pretty bad shape before. Not too bad after.

@ Naush, thanks to you guys for making your spot available to us Thumb

@ Rory...Excellent pics there dude, was great to see you making progress with the DA on the day!

Having spent some time working with the Shield DAS6 polisher, I am interested in hearing your thoughts on the machine being new to the DA polishing arena and all Wink
Was Siya doing ONR wheel cleaning? Or regular?

Siya was talking us through and demonstrating his process when doing an ONR wash. He did several wheels, and used Sonax Xtreme and CG Diablo Gel as wheel cleaners, and Super Degreaser for the wheel wells. He used a variety of brushes and sponges for the various surfaces and the bucket was filled with an ONR solution.
How does Diablo fair up?
It smells a LOT better. Actually smells really nice... Seems to do the job as well.

Impressive enough for me to buy a bottle for some long term assessment.
Nice turn-around Rory!
Shield DA on your hit list?
Dude I've got like "1 of everything" (and 2 or more of some things) on my hitlist...
More importantly though, trying to get renovations to house sorted so that I can move in and have a garage to park in... Unfortunately then I think budget will be even less cos of paying bond etc.

More pics on photobucket than what I've posted here:

I think 50% of the guys that attended the detailing day bought a bottle of Diablo.

Fantastic product
500ml concentrate that can be diluted (we used it at 10 parts water to 1);
smells great; pH neutral; competitive price at R120 considering that it can be diluted.

My garage arrives in T-Minus 4 days Bluebiggrin
Never had a garage before so I got 2 just in case LOL

Me neither... Thinking of maybe going for 4, just in case Tongue

Nah the single garage where it is now is between the house and boundary wall so we'd need permission and stuff, and even then it would be a tight fit for 2, so figured extend it forward up the driveway and make it 4 and then wont be so tight.
