I prepared my father in laws GTV for a concourse event here in PE that will take place next weekend 18 April, the car is in really good condition considering it is 27 years old.
After a wash with Sonax wash, I decided to tackle the exhaust first.

After an hour or so with various flatting papers and steel wool, I finished it off with Megs All Metal Polish.

After this I gave the wheels a clean, as they were pretty clean and free of brake dust, I opted for a 5:1 APC, followed by Rimwax.

They came up nice n shiny.

I then polished with Menz FF and yellow 3M pad thingy, IPA wipe down and the applied 3M Show Car wax, overall it came out nice, not perfect, but nice.

Least there are no brake calipers to clean Tongue

Is that related to the fact that most Alfa's don't ever get above 10km/h before breaking down Icon9

Rofl

J/K Wells and Springbok...Whats up with the lack of brakes on the car man ?
Isnt that the rear?

Maybe small hub

p.s., great results
Thanks guys

@ David, The GTV rear brake discs are placed in the centre, either side of the diff as far as I can remember.
Yep for unsprung weight.

Then they came to their senses and started mounting brakes like the rest of the world did.
