Hola 7
Hows this machine polished by me .... all by myself. Now my back needs a detail.
A wash was done with Shield Wash and Wax
Then I used Braso to remove some scraches and marks
I now proceeded to the paint, this was when I decided only the best would do, so I took my new variable drill and popped a lambs bonnet on and slowly polished this baby.
I used another lambs bonnet to remove the polish.
Polish for this car was Waynes Colour Revivor.
For the wheels and tyre I used Handy Andy and then polished it with the same polish as the paint.
So I did not use meguires as the owners budget was tight and my polisher is broken and I made a plan with my drill.
All in all gents this was how it came out after whole saturday. Chech my bakkies reflection on the car.
Next time I want better products and polisher, as the customers watch u like a hawk.
Lol. I'm not sure if ur serious or having a laugh here
brasso handy andy power drill. Interesting
Well its a start, I guess it can only get better from here when products designed for automotive paint are used.
As Lambchop has already commented - I'm not sure if you're taking the piss here or if this is a serious post.
Some comments
- Handy Andy with it's ammonia content should not be used on painted surface - even if it's only the wheels.
- Removing an LSP (you refer to polish) with a lambswool bonnet is not an optimal process as the lambswool is harsh and will cause holograms (particularly when used with a drill)
- Limited budget or not - you've done the customer a disservice by using unconventional methods and product replacements
You're not serious... right?

i started with APC on the wheels and citrus wash on the body.
started with CG's proprep and polished as much scratches out.
Then used some of my left over Sonax prods and finished off with some wofgang prods as a lsp.
still learning and experimenting gents, i' waiting 4 a detail college and i'll b 1st in line
oh, 4 the tyres I used some muti from sonax as well ....

I'll grab it
Grab the free Meguiar's class and then a dual action polisher before dashing for the world of rotary polishers. Bentley should not be used as a canvas for picking up rotary skills
