Yep, seems 3M is on a roll. Wonder what their ultimate long term plans are for Meg's ?

well at the moment it seems like its quite a money making racket... maybe they saw an opportunity to get rich?

I presume that this is 3M's way of breaking into the home user market.
I wonder if this means that 3M agents and distros will start supplying Megs products? And and what prices.

Being a family owned business it's not a matter of a "takeover". I guess Meguiars was looking to sell and 3M made them an offer they couldn't refuse.
