Just a feeler if anyone is interested in a group buy on the EZ Detail Brush

I can get a box of 10 shipped here to SA for between R240 and R300 (worst case) each depending on the exchange rate and vat/duties.

If you are interested add your name to the thread Wink

I will have to consult with Calypso to find out if its really worth the $$$
Well it can only be better than the Moto-Quip Meguiars clone that lasts a few washes before being trashed. If the bristles don't give out either the rubber tip comes off or the whole brush comes out of the handle Bluebiggrin

Will be good to hear Calypso's opinion on the EZ Detail brush...
Mmm.... Bluebiggrin Pending my side...
Jeesh i wish i knew about that before i got mine. I paid about double that.
The EZ brush is an awesome brush, after numerous wheel cleaning cycles it still looks like new. It holds lots of water unlike the meg, which i have now just thrown away. Keeps is shape, things dont fall off, only down side is, that the metal towards the base could have been thicker. When it full of water and you shake it out the first time it bends to like a 30 degree angle from the weight. But its no big issue. If i could only have 1 wheel brush it would be a close call between the OXO wheel face brush and the EZ. What might be a more interesting call is to see how these compare to Vikan. But at R240 i think its a great deal. If you like and use the Megs one, then buy the EZ, because its like a Megs brush on steriods.

What happened to the Brinkmann GB?

We can still do it, just need to find a supplier that will do them for us Wink
Ill take one of those, cost permitting.
Any news? Bluebiggrin
Nope nothing, unless we have 10 interested parties it won't happen Bluebiggrin
Mmmk, understandable. Bluebiggrin So we have what, 4 guys keen...lets find the other 6 brushes a home. Bluebiggrin
Come on people buy them, they great.
Add your names to the list if you keen, like I said we need to buy a box of 10 for the discounted price otherwise it's no go Bluebiggrin

I'll take one!
I'm keen!

I actually have one back home in the UK, and it is a great product. It is quite strong, yet flexible, and the bristles crush down very small, so small you can fit the brush between the brake caliper and the rim!
It makes cleaning the back of the wheel an absolute breeze, with no need to remove the wheel.
Talking about waking the dead Bluebiggrin

I have 2 of them somewhere between here and Italy at present Rofl Actually reminds me, I need to try and find them!
Lol, you wont be dissapointed when you get them.
Ok, GB is steaming ahead due to some new intereset on MOL. I have organised quite a sweet deal on the Daytona brushes (Ez brush replacement)and if all goes according to plan they should be here in Jhb by this weekend Bluebiggrin

Cost is estimated at R200-R230ea providing the current exchange rate holds. Payment will go through this evening and I will be able to confirm the amount by Fri when it clears in my account.

I have 10 guaranteed, possibly 20 (depends on stock availabilty at short notice) coming in so please confirm ASAP Wink
