PM me for pricing, etc.

Ready to take your BMW twin turbo to the next level?

How does an additional 80hp and 80tq to the wheels on an otherwise stock car sound?

Stage 3 improvements include crank position for full 4D engine mapping, air intake temperature for on the fly thermal loading adjustments, direct solenoid control for precise spike free boost control, throttle input for factory like drivability, and fuel pressure control for diagnostic invisibility.

Because the JB3 was designed from the ground up specifically for the N54 platform, we were able to optimize the unit for reliability and ease of install.

The JB3 does not require complicated external power or ground taps which can leave tell tale signs of modification or trigger detection codes. And the JB3 box and harness are designed to fit discretely in the ECU compartment with no visible signs of modification.

We've also made installation a snap! JB3 is offered with two wiring harnesses. Plug and play (PNP), and professional (pin-out).

Each unit is shipped with the following maps:

High Boost Map (default map): With boost pressures of 13-15psi and the buttery smooth operation of an unmodified car, this map is suggested for the majority of Stage 3 users. Stock cars can expect gains of up to 80 wheel horsepower and 80 wheel torque, while cars with additional modifications and ideal weather conditions can expect huge gains of up to 120 wheel horsepower and 120 wheel torque. All this on pump gas, with the reliability you've come to expect from BMS. The high boost map is configured to automatically compensate for upgrades to the intercooler, exhaust, intake, and octane, giving you the peace of mind that you're safely extracting as much horsepower as you can for your given conditions.

Low Boost Map (unlock with map switch): Similar to the high boost map, only peak boost is set to level off at 12-13psi. Intended for those wanting the features and benefits of the JB3 with a more conservative boost curve. Also suggested for extreme altitudes or foreign countries where fuel quality is questionable.

Valet map (unlock with map switch): Reverts to the factory tune for stock performance.
What is 80tq? Nm? lbs./sq. inch?

Yoh yoh, but I have been in a chipped 135i and man it's fun

Figures look good but the remapped torque curve looks odd, it seems to start out way to high at 2500rpms unless there is a sharp drop off on that curve just before idle and 2500rpms Thinking

not a good printout for torque graph...
here's another (dyno'd in usa)

this is stock vs jb3 (only - no other mods)
u can see the steep climb under 3000rpm

That is correct!
Where is JB3 software from and why is a Revo guy selling JB3? Not stirring, just curious.

JB3 is from USA.
I am not affiliated with the revo-tek software you're probably thinking about.
Revo is the registered name of my company, and has been my nick on forums for many many years.

Just remember their name is revoTEK... u get revozport, revotechnik.. and others... but I have the "revo" name registered in SA.

You should see the race map that was just developed for the JB3 application.

580nm, 315kw on the wheels!
It will require minimum 100 octane, upgraded IC and downpipes to run this map, so I won't be selling it locally.
But it is awesome.
cool buddy. makes sense now. That is some impressive power gains.
