quite a bit actually, I make and receive a lot of calls in a day and I also use my fone to transfer pics to photobucket.
on this charge RSS feeds where updated quite a few times and email checked every 2 hours

That's awesome! Glad to see a great phone with a great battery life. My basic old school Nokia 6230's battery lasts one day.

My TYTN II is off charge probably 4 - 6 hours per day.... the other 18 - 20 hours it's on charge and has to be

I'm in the market for an upgrade now. But looks like I'll have to wait till Jan.
My shortlist was iPhone vs SE Xperia that is until I saw the prices on the packages offered ! Eeeeek!
Then I moved on to the Omnia vs HTC Diamond. Tough one. Omnia takes it on processor, memory and GPS. Diamond wins on the resolution (on a smaller screen I may add)
Scratch that, wasn't tough at all. Omnia wins hands down. . Only way I can get one though is by cancelling current contract, and porting my number. Hence I have to wait till Jan.
Another phone to watch out for is the HTC HD ... looks awesome but will come at a price !

I was in the exact same position, I actually wanted an iPhone, but didnt wanna port my number to Vodacom
I saw Omnia's advertised with Vodacom contracts on TV last night!!!!!
