Im going to have to agree with what was said on the site. Any car that low (and most sports car are that low. The GTi here is only a few cm higher than the Porsches nose) woulf go under that guard rail.

I dont think its a sales killer. People will still buy the car.

Look at the Merc A class.They released the car. Was on sale and then they found it a breath of wind or a sharp turn could cause it to fall over... They recalled and redesigned and the car is still selling like hotcakes.

I do feel sorry for the driver. At least he died doing what he lovedBawling
