Im probably gonna get the 3401. I want something that can do the job got a rotary and a dual action machine. And sure i know its not as aggressive as a rotary in heavy correction, but atleast you have the safety of the dual action. Im not too sure if the Flex 3403 is a great choice in a rotary though, its min start speed is 1100rpm, which is pretty fast as far as min speeds go.
