It appears as if it's a tie...Would something like the 14th Nov (sooner), or 5th of December (later) not be more suitable for everyone then?
I'm not sure when the next event will be so I'd like to try and accommodate as many of you guys as possible

14/11 or 5/12 both seem to be acceptable options to me at this stage (as we approach the end of the year, various functions pop up into the calendar and finding available dates can become a "firing at a moving target" process.)
