Hi Guys
Sorry if this is classed as spam, but i'm a noob here, i have posted an introduction thread, and another thread in the Off topic lounge, but i still can't reply to members that have replied to my posts or PM members.
Is there anything i have not done that i should do before i can do these things.

Just use the Quick reply box. You'll be fine.
or empty your Internet cache or adjust your internet settings to accept pop-ups from waxon.
