so ja,the bug has bitten me and i just cnt wait to try everything i c on the forum...
so yesterday being a public holiday i take it to be the perfect opportunity 4 my 1st real xperiment.
so i whip out the flatting paper, polish and polisher(its actually 3200rpm and not 200000rpm)
so i start off on the bonnet(me not having ANY experience i get help from my friend that works in GM's bodyshop)
from the bonnet i think...ag lets do the fenders....


and thats weh i saw the difrnce.....it went from white to WHITE

buddy when i looked at the machine and saw 3200rpm and not 20000rpm i thort wot the hek and just went in for the kill.....lol

i got another experiment but im not going for the kill this time

gna port and polish my cars head(if i get it ryt on the spare1),luckily the guy im geting to inspect the TEST head is a professional

So did you use a foam pad, or sandpaper? the finish looks great, would be nice to see the same done on a black car

used the old elbow grease method with the sandpaper..the pad spinning at over 1000rpm is a bit scary
