It's new functionality aimed at maintaining productivity in the corporate world. If you post too much, your warning level will increase and result in a message being sent to your company's IT administrator notifying them of your abuse of the company's IT resources.

its a system that allows mods to warn users if they are post whoring or doing things they shouldnt be.

At a certian percentage, your posts get moderated before they are actually displayed on the forum, and at a higher percentage your posting privaledges are suspended for a certain time period.

when you run out of percentages you get bannished to the realms of rally wax and old tshirt users

But with our community here, I very much doubt this system will need to be used
