Had a little social

Siya was down from JHB and Naushad just happened to be here as well.

So (from left to right) Naush (Naushad), starvekos (siya), Megesh, springbok (Alastair), and freerider (myself - don) met for a social at Forries in Newlands.

It was a great evening and there was a lot of detailing details that where discussed

Many thanks to Springbok for organising drinks and then to the lads from driving from all parts of the Mother City to break bread with a detailer from the North.

Great to finaly meet the boys from Poor-Boys, Megesh was full of beans which makes me wonder how you finish your detailing jobs in the time you claim. Naush had little to say other than complain about the fuel consumption of his run around car in the Cape (Alfa Romeo 166).

The Don nearly went mafia on the waiter when he refused to give us a senior citizens discount when pulled out Springbok's ID.

Haha, good one guys. Glad to see there are some of the detailers off the forum hooking up. I need to still get my ducks in a row before I can think of meeting up with some of the guys from the E.C.
