Some things I noticed about the vid:
1.They did not rinse the car beforehand
2. No two bucket method
3. No afterwash rinse
4. Did not dry the car off
5. The workers were not dressed in proper work attire
6. Did not offer the driver a place to sit or any form of refreshment, nor was there anything to occupy his mind during the long and tedious wait for his clean car to be returned to him such as National Geographic re-runs.
7. The workers were also overly friendly towards each other displaying quite inappropriate behaviour such as splashing each other and playfully rubbing/touching one another
