As Lambchop has already commented - I'm not sure if you're taking the piss here or if this is a serious post.

Some comments

• Handy Andy with it's ammonia content should not be used on painted surface - even if it's only the wheels.
  
• Removing an LSP (you refer to polish) with a lambswool bonnet is not an optimal process as the lambswool is harsh and will cause holograms (particularly when used with a drill)
  
• Limited budget or not - you've done the customer a disservice by using unconventional methods and product replacements
