The thing that strikes me is that prior to this whole 'brush it under the carpet' debacle, they all couldn't wait for JZ to have his day in court. Now that the court date is drawing nearer they all trying their utmost to make it disappear ASAP 
Seriously though and without pointing fingers one needs to ask a simple question. If all these guys are so adamant that JZ is actually in the clear then why the desperate last minute attempts to have the whole thing set aside ?
