I know my name is not Megesh, but ive cleaned those wheels 100 times. Though mine are painted and those are polished.
Yellow cheapie chicken leg brush is best for that. Also works well if there is little space between the caliper and the wheel.
Middle small yellow one. Was like R20 a think.
