I think that the problem here is that you are trying to mix work and play.
Some of you are professional detailers and the rest of us are just 'normal" okes.
I'm always in for a meet with the guys for a cofee and/or a beer - ask everyone on the forums. Hell i've even flown up to Jo'burg
I think you need to focus carefully on what you are trying to achieve. A sort of a Trade Day? Stands at car clubs or exotic car dealerships. I think that is a sort of business thing.
Or...a meet/braai/drinks..whatever with forum members to meet with each other, check out our respective rides and swop ideas etc.
Anyway, just my two cents worth. Look forward to hearing other opinions.
