Introduction to Dents N All Paarden Eiland
Hi guys,
As stated by David in the Anouncement section, I recently decided to open my own business. I decided to purchase a Dent Repair franchise while the plan is to also do Detailing to the better educated car enthusiast.

We opened on Tuesday and after a final commissioning of the spraybooth, we are now ready for businessThumb

Our contact details are as follows:
56 Marine Drive (Service Road)
Paarden Eiland
Opposite the Salt River bridge and close to the KTM dealership.

Tel: 021 510 1000/1
Cell: 082 926 8797
paul@dentsnall.co.za

Please feel free to contact us for a quotation for any dent repair or detailing work. We are initially starting up as a Speedshop, specialising in small dent repairs, but we will be upgrading to a full MSR (Major Structural Repair) facility within the next few months.

A few pics of our shop will be posted below.

Brilliant looking premises.

Do you do "paintless repairs"? (not sure if that is the correct terminology)
I mean like small dents that have not broken the surface

Thanks Torres1! Yes, we just want to operate for a while to de-bottleneck the shop and to make sure we are running as smooth as we can. The plan is to have a nice official opening with a few drinks and snacks to introduce the business within a few weeks - sometime in March. Wayno, if you can assist with such arrangements, let me know!

Yes, we will do what is termed "paintless dent removal". I don't have a dedeicated person for this, but we will share a resource with the franchisor. They have a guy who is mobile with his own tools and he will be doing this work between the 2 shops.Thumb

It depends on the damage but it is about R250 per panel.

I must admit I suffer from some OCD when it comes to cleaning stuff Bluebiggrin

Hopefully we can get some cars through here soon because my workers are going to mop through that epoxy coated floor soon if I don't get real work to keep them busy with Rofl

Word of mouth is king, do some awesome work and you will see the masses flooding in Thumb

But without a shadow of a doubt you will make sure the customer is beyond happy with the result !!!!

Thanks for the kind words Wouter Thumb

Yes, some people pay top dollar for such a view of that mountain - we were very lucky with the premises that we found. Bluebiggrin

Yes I fully agree about the OCD. Rofl

I am going to try to break that stigma that panel beaters to "patch jobs" for a quick buck but it will be very difficult. It also depends on what the customer needs - the 2nd hand car dealerships want a quick, cheap fix and if I detail their cars for free I will go out of business pretty quick. However, I can see when the owner is a car enthusiast and if he takes good care of his car and then we will go the extra mile.Thumb

One thing is certain - joining this industry is scary! Yesterday we saw a car driving up and down the street taking "spy pics" of the inside of the shopIono Obviously not someone who knew about this thread Rofl and I hear stories of tow truck drivers getting "taken out" for delivering cars to the wrong panel shop Uhoh2

But I trust we will be successfull by doing things different and above board and by being honest with the customer.
